The flowers were/are gorgeous - nearly a week later they still appear fresh.

Excellent service and when the order needed to be re-arranged I was contacted in a timely matter and advised of this. Thank you for the beautiful arrangement and it was delivered without problem. Excellent work!

Great service and the flower arrangement was beautiful.I ordered from Ontario in the morning and they were delivered in Kelowna by mid afternoon.

Flower arrangement was beautiful and lasted almost 2 weeks before it started to wilt. $12.00 delivery fee was a bit steep considering they were sent across the parking lot from the florist location.

Great service - Mission Park Florist staff called to inform me of a small change in the supply which impressed me you don't normally get that. Spoke to the receiver later that evening and the arrangement was delivered at the appropriate requested time and the arrangement was beautiful. I will use them again.

That was perfect. The hand written card is definitly something that you should promote, as I thought it would be printed... always nice to see the little detail.

Flowers were beautiful and delivered right on time.

I ordered a bouquet for my mom to be delivered July 7 ( the anniversary of may dad's passing) , they were delivered June 19 I believe. About 3 weeks early. i contacted the florist and they were very good about rectifying the situation and sent her another bouquet free of charge on the correct date. I will order from you again. The flowers were beautiful.

The flowers were beautiful. However, half of the order was missing. My husband ordered 3 birthday balloons which never arrived so it was a bit of a disappointment.

ORDERED FLOWERS FOR AN AUNT IN BC CELEBRATING HER 88TH BIRTHDAY. THE FLOWERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND THE DAY REQUESTED. MY AUNT HAD TEARS OF JOY WHEN THEY ARRIVED... THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL. WILL ORDER AGAIN FROM MISSION PARK FLORIST.

The lady at Mission Park was very apologetic when she advised us the shipping charge was more than that noted on your web page. She was also very accommodating with our request to have a particular scent (eucalyptus)was included in the 'Pamper Me Basket'. Our daughter was thrilled with the basket and commented on the superior quality of the products included. We will definitely consider Mission Park Florist for our future gift purchases. Thank you.

Fast delivery to a patient at KGH. The basket was loaded with junk food and left the nurses wishing someone would send them such a great basket!! Order was placed a little late in the day but they still were delivered by suppertime that evening!!!! Flowers can only do so much, a junk food basket helps with the terrible hospital food, Mission Park Florists, your city paramedics love you!!

I live in New Zealand and ordered this gift basket online as a Christmas gift for my Nana in Kelowna. She was absolutely rapt with it and said it was the best present she can ever remember getting! It contained 15 items, all of which she says are wonderful and she will use. She even took a photo of the basket as she thought it was so neat. We ordered flowers plus a $15 box of chocolates to be delivered together. Only the flowers were delivered. I phoned Mission Park Florist and after investigating, they found the chocolates. They DID deliver them after this at no additional charge, but it would have been best to have had both items delivered at the same time in the first place!

It was lovely. My daughter ordered it for me. I oredered one for my mother in Utah. Hers was a huge disappointment. There is a real difference in florists.Yours was really beautiful. Thank you.

My mother was very pleased and impressed with the bouquet. I'd asked that the delivery by made by 10am of the day requested. We phoned our birthday greetings at 11 am, but the flowers hadn't been delivered. Cheers Bob
